Yes, experienced Baby-Sitters are available to take care of your little ones. (24hour notice is required)
Where can I hire a car?
Car rental facilities are available from the Front Desk. The car hire company has a fleet of different models which are available to suit your particular needs and all are fully equipped. A valid driving licence from country of origin is required. Driving is on the left hand side!
Are there Parking facilities?
Yes, an underground Car parking facility is available on Levels -2, -3, -4 at €2.00 per day for all hotel guests.
I like to gamble occasionally, are there any Casinos?
Yes The Dragonara Casino is in St. Julian’s. Transport to and from the Casino is available.
If I need a Doctor what should I do?
A doctor is on call round the clock, however, a “Polyclinic” is in close proximity of the hotel and the general hospital is about 15 minutes away by car.
I would like to visit the places of interest in Malta. Are Excursions available?
Yes excursions are available to various destinations in Malta & Gozo. Our Front Office Personnel have all the information and can assist you with the information and bookings.
From where can I buy Flowers?
Orders can be done through the Front Office.
Are shops available in the hotel?
Yes a Gift Boutique is available in the hotel selling a vast array of gifts, souvenirs, maps, postcards.
How about a game of Golf?
Sure, an 18-hole golf course this is available at the Marsa Sports Club. Golf Clubs and trolleys may be booked with the stewards at the Club.
How about Horse Riding?
If you are interested in horse riding, the receptionist will give you full details. For booking please apply at the Front Office 24 hours beforehand.
Where can I get a Taxi?
From the Front Desk we can organize taxis through a reputable firm which has fixed charges.
Are Pool Towels available?
Yes, pool towels are available from the Pool Attendant free of charge. A pool towel token will be given on your check in, where a deposit of 20.00Euro per person will be charged to your bill, which is to be refunded on your check out on return of the pool towel token.
What’s the voltage?
Voltage in guest rooms is 240V 50Hz. In the bathroom, for the electric razors only, there is one socket, 110V American and European standards.
When can I check in & when should I check out?
Check in time is at 15.00hrs and check out is at 12.00hrs. Should you like to either have an early check in or perhaps a late check out, subject to availability a nominal fee will apply. Kindly contact the Front Desk for assistance.
Which Credit Cards can I use?
We accept American Express, Diners, Visa and Master Card. On check in you will be requested to fill in your card details on the registration card as a means to allow access to guarantee (pre authorization) for direct payment and extras which might be charged to your account.
Where is Breakfast & Dinner served?
Breakfast is served between 07.00hrs till 10.00hrs in The Copperfield’s Restaurant. Room Service Breakfast is also available on request 07.00hrs till 21.30hrs
Quick Breakfast is served between 07.00 till 10.30hrs at the Penny Black Bar for those guests on room only basis. (Served in winter only)
Dinner is also served in The Copperfield’s Restaurant 18.30hrs till 21.30hrs
Both Breakfast and Dinner are served from the Buffet counter, however, a lavish A’ la Carte Menu is available during both Lunch and Dinner time.
Is there any particular dress code?
The dress code at the restaurant is Smart Casual.
Is there an internet connection?
Yes, this is available in all our rooms through either a broad band connection or through a wireless system. The same wireless system is also available in the hotel’s public areas.
