We are currently looking for highly motivated persons for the following positions who ideally possess the following skills and qualities:
On a Full Time basis
Storekeeper – The right candidate must be computer literate, able to work flexible hours, be mature and organized. Previous experience will be considered an asset.
Chef de Partie – The right candidate must have previous experience working in a similar kitchen environment, be enthusiastic, hard-working, able to work flexible hours and well organized.
On a Part Time basis
Front Office personnel – The right candidate must be computer literate, fluent in English and another European language, able to work flexible hours, be smart in appearance, guest oriented and able to handle cash. Previous experience will be considered an asset.
Houseman/Maids – The right candidates must be smart in appearance, well educated, able to speak and communicate in English, able to work weekends and public holidays, be guest oriented. Previous experience will be considered an asset.

Has been employed as Room Attendant at The Victoria since February 1997. Before that, since March 1987 she was employed as a Chambermaid at The Grand Hotel Verdala, which is another Hospitality property within the AX Group.
Bernard Borg Cardona -
Has been employed as a Front Office Personnel/ Night Auditor at The Victoria since February 1997. Before that, since May 1994 he was employed as a Night Auditor at The Grand Hotel Verdala, which is another Hospitality property within the AX Group.
Raymond Aquilina -
Has been employed as a Chef de Rang at The Victoria since February 1997. Before that, since May 1992 he was employed as a Chef de Rang at The Grand Hotel Verdala, which is another Hospitality property within the AX Group.
